Black Health Initiative works around health inequalities affecting Black and Brown communities. Kydos supported its social content with a practical mix of educational posts, community information, counselling promotion and event-led communications.

Posts needed to promote services and community initiatives while still sounding relevant to the people BHI serves.
We created recurring content calendars and translated changing priorities into static posts, carousels, reels and event campaign content.
The programme covered a wide range of real community concerns rather than treating health awareness as one narrow theme.
Content promoted access to counselling while using language designed to feel supportive rather than clinical or alarmist.
Posts covered money stress, safer borrowing and community protection alongside wider wellbeing messages.
Content explained BHI's role, community spaces, events and practical support rather than relying only on awareness-day posts.
Each calendar translated the message into a production-ready format with copy, on-screen text, captions, calls to action and hashtags.
The same relationship expanded into the Black Music Festival's 40th-anniversary campaign planning, where Kydos created a wider April-to-August content strategy around multiple events, ticket sales and artist announcements.
