The intended patient journey uses ordinary landline or mobile telephone calls rather than requiring smartphone setup or a home-monitoring kit.
Reports are designed for clinical review and escalation workflows. The system is not positioned as making autonomous clinical decisions.
The current scoring design covers breathing, swelling, weight, functional state, chest symptoms, medication adherence and overall wellbeing. Emergency conditions can override the additive score, while qualitative safety floors prevent serious red flags being diluted by otherwise reassuring answers.
The risk engine is designed so the underlying classification rules can be inspected and tested rather than delegated entirely to a generative model.
Defined emergency responses can bypass normal scoring and trigger the highest urgency state.
Missing or unrecordable information is handled explicitly so incomplete conversations are not silently treated as reassuring.
The project is progressing through clinical co-design, safety, regulatory and pilot-readiness work. The website deliberately does not claim reduced readmissions, NHS deployment or patient-outcome benefit before those claims are supported by formal evidence.
